I was stuck on the side of the highway with a flat tire. We called AAA and the assignment went to Joe's Garage. They came promptly and resolved the matter. They were very professional, very helpful, and very assuring. Thanks again for your help!!!

My car broke down on the side of the highway when passing through Binghamton. It was a scary situation with my two young boys in the back. I can’t speak highly enough of the speed and quality of service. I got from Joe’s Garage in getting towed off the side of the road. Not only were they there with a matter of minutes, but the attendant (shoutout Doughboy!) was knowledgeable, professional, and perhaps most importantly really great with my kids. He even drove me to the car rental spot, saving me money on an Uber. Breaking down was a miserable experience but Joe’s Garage and Doughboy made it about as positive as it possibly could’ve been. I can’t recommend them enough.

This is an AAA shop. They were dispatched for road service for my vehicle. Joe ( not the owner) was great and friendly. . He quickly took care of changing the flat, showed me the cause, and even lubricated the spare tire hardware which had rusted and made it very hard to loosen the spare from its well. Great job, Joe.
